About

AsBuiltDocs turns the photos tradies already take on site into standards-compliant asbuilt documentation in under 60 seconds. No extra hardware, no BIM software, no changing how the job gets done — just a phone camera and AI that understands construction.

The problem we’re solving

Asbuilt documentation is one of the most consistently under-delivered items on a construction project. It’s the paperwork promised at handover and finished — if it’s finished at all — months later, usually pieced together from memory and whatever photos happen to still be on someone’s phone. Every year of a building’s operating life afterward runs on that missing or unreliable record.

How it works

Tradies photograph the job as they go, free, with no account friction. AsBuiltDocs’ AI reads those photos against the design drawings, flags discrepancies, and compiles a standards-compliant asbuilt report ready for the drawing register, the handover pack, or the asset management system — in under 60 seconds.

Who it’s for

Free, always, for the tradies on the tools. Builders pay per project ($49) for a complete, audit-ready handover package without chasing subcontractors for photos. Asset owners — hospitals, councils, infrastructure operators — subscribe per asset ($199/year) to keep an accurate, continuously updated record across a building’s operating life.

Who’s behind it

AsBuiltDocs is built by Positive Enterprises Pty Ltd, a Brisbane-based engineering and technology company, drawing on two decades of hands-on experience delivering building services on major construction and infrastructure projects.
